Through the contact form we collect: full name, organization, official email, country, inquiry type and the message content you submit. We may also process metadata (timestamp, browser, IP) for security and abuse prevention.
Data is processed to respond to your inquiry, evaluate operator credentialing, and conduct vetting required for defence and security engagements. Legal basis: (a) consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the contact form, (b) legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for security, fraud and export-control screening.
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last interaction. Records required by export-control or contractual law may be retained longer as required.
Data is accessed only by authorized personnel of 3L Robotics and its program office. We do not sell personal data. Limited processors (email, hosting) act under written data processing agreements.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging.
